After SIM inserted, test/configuration of device is via SMS commands to the GPS Bracelet from another phone + "Any Tracking" app/webpage. APN needs manual setup by SMS for mobile data access or device will not show online. All functionality works very well (SOS, Call, BP/HR/TEMP, tracking, etc) except fall detection alarm was slightly inconsistent. WiFi connect did not seem to be available so SIM plan with mobile data is required for full functionality. Guardian mobile app works well, website version ok. GPS has generous license of 10yr to track wearer location with history. I rated 4/5 as there is complexity in setting up device & concern elderly member will wear for long periods due to large size/weight. I noted design suitability for persons with low vision/memory capacity with large physical buttons instead of touch screen.
