It can measure almost everything you want. BP, sleep pattern, counting steps with calories burnt, urine acid, exercise ecg, etc. it has a few watch faces to choose from. Only HR can set threshold for alarm to vibrate 3 times. Each parameter is measured hourly. It can be linked to your phone to check more details. The strap I choose is the best as it can be adjusted to your required length. The watch face is the biggest which I like cos easy to see the time. Raise wrist to see time can be programmed to 3 secs, etc. Overall a good buy.
