How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you havenβt received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says βno information available at the momentβ.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us withinΒ 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product youβve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Gladgetz (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Great little machine, well built, packs a lot of features for a relatively small footprint. The seller is great, responsive and very reliable. Shipping was extremely fast, less than a week with fedex, customs went smoothly and i did not had to pay any additional fees... Overall i am very satisfied with my purchase, the machine warms up quickly, produces great espresso, 13-14g in the regular (the un pressurized basket). Steam is also good for the spec of this machine, takes about 45s to steam 200ml of milk for 1 cappuccino. Cleaning is easy, just need to use soft filtured water to prevent scale build up. Highly recommend and the price is great during sales.

The product is very beautiful and has high-quality materials. I recommend it for beginners. It has an economical price and high-quality materials. However, when using the machine for the first time, it doesn't pump water, but they are compatible with it. There's a pump for pressing water from opening the filter to the tank. I hope they add this method to the instructions because I was going to return the order because of it, but I found the solution. However, both the machine and grinder are excellent. πΈ π¦ πͺ π¬

A beautiful and wonderful device arrived in excellent condition, but I wish I could find a video in Arabic or with Arabic subtitles explaining how to use it.
I bought the machine and haven't used it yet, it's still remaining.
Firstly, I am talking about the delivery being very precise and fast. π ππ» The machine is initially very impressive and I hope it will surprise me even more. What I noticed is that the machine is very smooth and gentle with no complications at all. From the first use, it gave me a luxurious cup. The express is very nice and functional. It's small, which is a big advantage for me. Kawa is delicious.
The coffee machine is excellent and the grinder is wonderful, the materials are above excellent. For the first time, it takes time to find the right grind size for you for good extraction of espresso. As for cappuccino and mocha, I really liked it. And the best thing about the coffee machine is that it has pre-hydration before extraction, and its duration can be controlled. And also temperature control. And also control over the amount of shots and shots in pairs. And also the lid for the water bowl and the bowl is large. The offer price is very excellent.
I'm enjoying my hibrew coffee since this morning. But i'm surprised that fedex charged me some extra fees not for the local customs taxes but for what they called "documents delivery" 26.5$ I'm also disappointed that the customer does not have the possibility of diversifying the choice of carrier.
It's nice, but I still don't know how to extract the creamy asboiso from it. I tried and failed. I wish there was more explanation so I could adjust the weight.

I bought the machine with a bit of doubt since the price was amazing, and in my country, similar machines cost at least three times moreβ¦ The machine arrived in less than a week, cleared customs without any issues (i believe they declared a lower value, which thankfully helped avoid any delays), and now that iβve unboxed it, i must say everything works perfectly, feels great, and tomorrow iβll test how the coffee turns out. The number of features is impressive and comparable to high-end professional machines. Time will tell regarding durability, but it comes with a one-year warranty, which is already a big plus. Overall, iβm very satisfied β a solid 10/10 from me.
