How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you havenβt received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says βno information available at the momentβ.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us withinΒ 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product youβve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Gladgetz (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Under trial, its capabilities are strong and its extraction depends on your techniques in terms of grinding and others.
What a fantastic machine, it surprised me positively. Good construction, nice finish, compact and very beautiful. I suggest purchasing extra accessories for it. I recommend the product and the seller, fast shipping.

The machine is excellent! I am buying it for the second time because the first time I bought it at the wrong voltage and used it for a year with a transformer until I got a good promotion and decided to buy a new one, at the correct voltage, and sell the other one. Besides being beautiful, it takes up little space, is well-constructed, and everything works very well. This new one even came with two gauges on the pressure gauge at 9 and 12 bar, to help even more in controlling the extraction.
I recommend it for espresso; it's delicious and its price is crazy with the grinder being amazing.
The machine is easy and sweet to use, I want to learn a bit about it and the grinder as well, but I felt it got stuck a little.
It works fine. For my target product of 25 ml coffee, it is better than my previous coffee machine, but not been able to reach the 20 bars. Very close flavours and taste to bar coffee. Milk not tested yet
I bought it after looking at reviews on the internet. In principle, everything is fine, the coffee is delicious, there is a pre-brew feature. Coffee grinder - top. It operates quietly, the materials are pleasant and expensive. One downside - the bottom could be heavier to make it stand more firmly on the table.
Very wonderful, I took the offer for the grinder with the coffee machine.. It arrived quickly and well-packaged.. The performance is excellent and easy to use, and there are many YouTube tutorials to learn about it.. I loved it very much and its price with the offers is amazing.
My first espresso machine! I didn't expect such good quality for this low price. It pulls espresso well and steams wonderfully. I've included an espresso shot in the photos, the others show parts of the machine. Would definitely buy from hibrew again.
Fast shipping ,excellent espresso machine
I tried the espresso machine. With the grinder more than four times and so far it has shown that it gives good results whether in grinding or in extraction. The grinder is clear that it is easy to use and gives good smoothness to the espresso. The quality at first seems high but like any device, the question remains over time whether it can withstand long use or whether it can quickly deteriorate. This is something that can only be known with continued experience. The important advice is to take care to clean it regularly and not to press it beyond its capacity so that it lasts longer. What caught my attention is that it gives an extraction close to the professional machine I have, even though its value is 2800, which makes it an option worth trying for those looking for a machine at a lower price but with similar performance. I bought it during the offers and with a Visa discount of 150 riyals, it became 375 riyals including tax and shipping. Honestly, this is a very reasonable price compared to the performance it offers.
I'm very satisfied with the hibrew h10b. The size is just right, compact and easy to place in the kitchen without taking much space. It is simple to use, heats up quickly, and makes a nice espresso. For the price, i think it is a really good deal.
Great little machine, well built, packs a lot of features for a relatively small footprint. The seller is great, responsive and very reliable. Shipping was extremely fast, less than a week with fedex, customs went smoothly and i did not had to pay any additional fees... Overall i am very satisfied with my purchase, the machine warms up quickly, produces great espresso, 13-14g in the regular (the un pressurized basket). Steam is also good for the spec of this machine, takes about 45s to steam 200ml of milk for 1 cappuccino. Cleaning is easy, just need to use soft filtured water to prevent scale build up. Highly recommend and the price is great during sales.

A beautiful and wonderful device arrived in excellent condition, but I wish I could find a video in Arabic or with Arabic subtitles explaining how to use it.
