How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Gladgetz (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I'm happy with the machine. ita extraction is amazing and the tempreture adhustment is a great feature. the delivery was so fast. you needbto getter better accessories and portafikter for more pro use.
I am satisfied in many ways. It's nice that the temperature and quantity can be adjusted. I'll manually control the quantity with a scale anyway, so it doesn't really matter, but the automatic function would be useful when it's a hassle. However, it's a pity that the stainless steel cup is not included as a standard feature.
Excellent! Very nice, and I also tried the steam at 130ºC and it works very well. I'm still learning some things, but it served me very well. The only doubt I have is about the pressure of 9 to 12 bar. We press to extract the coffee, and the pressure starts to rise as it pre-infuses. Then, before reaching 9 bar, it starts to release, and about 5 seconds later it releases at 9 bar until the end between 9 and 10 bar. I have tried pressing the coffee more tightly, using more powder, or using less powder by pressing more. I believe it's correct, I thought it was possible to choose to remove it at 12 bars, for example. But so, overall it's a question that remains and maybe it's a lack of knowledge on my part.
Spectacular machine. Super well-made and finished, and very robust. Comes with all the items advertised, as well as a quick guide, detailed manual, and warranty card. I've already done some experiments and am still getting used to it, but the first impressions are excellent. It came super well-packaged and protected. Excellent purchase.
Without a doubt, the best cost-benefit for Brazilians, with direct shipping from Brazil without taxes. I paid 880 reais, which is sensational. The machine has a Philco 20bar and is incomparable, full stainless steel, much better finish, and various functions that you can't find in any national brand.

The machine arrived in excellent packaging and in brand new condition. Its design is elegant and its size is suitable for the kitchen without taking up too much space. I have tried making espresso more than once, and it produces excellent crema with a rich and consistent coffee taste every time. Heating is very fast and you don't have to wait long before using it, and the pump noise level is acceptable and not disturbing. The seller's service was excellent, and responses to inquiries were quick and clear. Shipping was fast, and delivery took a short time within Saudi Arabia. Overall, the purchasing experience was excellent, and I recommend both the machine and the seller.
The machine has excellent pressure and is easy to use, the PID temperature control is consistent, it has controllable pre-infusion and flow adjustment by time. It is a very complete machine. The G7 grinder is amazing, its grind is consistent and very excellent for espresso and V60, and the H10B espresso machine is excellent with amazing extraction and features like humidification, temperature control, and steaming are very excellent.
Quality for the price, more than excellent and I highly recommend it. Note that the non-compressed basket that comes with it requires you to buy an open portafilter for it.
The machine is good honestly especially for its price it's worth it but unfortunately the grinder for the espresso machine doesn't work.
Literally a powerful machine in terms of extraction, it produces creamy coffee and you can set the temperature and how much coffee comes out. It has humidification and semi-professional steaming, and it has a pressure gauge to know the level of your grind. If you need to grind coarser or finer, take it without hesitation. It has an agent and its price during offers reaches 250 riyals or less, so there's no deal like this one. Even the Dedecca is slightly inferior to this one and more expensive.
The product is practical and excellent, it gives you very very excellent cups. I recommend it with the G5 grinder.

Very good coffee maker! Impeccable finish all in stainless steel... pressure and temperature with adjustment... the only weak point is that it's 51mm... but it delivers sooooo much! Perfect espresso.
